Digestive Wellness
Unresolved emotions manifest on the skin, if continued long term and unresolved, those emotions will manifest into illness, then disease. This is a scientific fact that most mainstream “professionals” are not aware of yet. Fear and grief are the two most detrimental emotions we can experience, especially for prolonged periods. Being too anxious or fearful will lower the body’s immune system at warp speed! Emotions, symptoms, and illnesses always manifest on the skin-Very often, these markings will show up on the face up to 3 years before they will be revealed in blood work, MRI, or CT scans. The state of digestion shows up on the face. It gives us very specific details of what’s happening internally.
Chinese Medicine recognizes that there are 120 body types, verse the four (4) body types that Western Medicine claims. While it’s true that the microbiome in the gut is important for a healthy digestive system, there are actually many other crucial pieces to the puzzle. Gut health can be restored without the use of harsh drugs, supplements, or colon cleanses.
My approach is a customized plan based on your lifestyle, health history, and everything that makes you who you are. There is never a one size fits all approach to a healthy body, mind, or spirit. The natural aging process is NOT an acceptable response to slower digestion or illness, it is an excuse that we’ve accepted when practitioners just don’t know how to help you.
- Would you like to restore your digestive system without using medication, supplements or detox cleanses?
- Are you willing to make changes with the foods and drinks you consume?
- Are you committed to getting healthy?

Daily Body Tips for everyBODY
Daily water in-take
50%-70% of your body weight in ounces
Your body needs a minimum of 50% of your weight in ounces, just to function properly. When in extreme heat or during physical activity, this amount may need to be increased. Most people are chronically dehydrated. Chronic dehydration is going to set us up for illnesses and diseases that could easily be prevented. A long-term overabundance of water can cause a condition called water intoxication, which will result in a different set of health challenges.
Seasonal Wellness Tips
Nature leads by example. It’s always best to follow its lead.
A tree begins to lose its leaves in the winter to prepare for colder temperatures of the winter. In the winter, the tree is dormant to conserve energy so it will be able to produce buds. In the spring the buds and tree “comes back to life” to prepare for the fruits of the summer. Then the cycle begins again in the Autumn.
Our bodies follow the same patterns to prepare us for optimal health for each season, the trick is to learn how to decipher the clues.
